I use to work for this guy (Chris Smith) in Costa Rica. His company wasn't any reliable or legal as you can see. I am posting this comment because I want people to know how miserable he is: I worked for him almost 2 years and he fired me because I got pregnant!! .. Here in Costa Rica that is SUPER ilegal.. And actually has a restriction to leave the country (if he ever comes back) because he owes ME (and my baby) almost $20 000 ... I hope he goes deep down with this charges he got!! ..

As for a few of the former employees I have this to say. Mikhail is an idiot that was doing drugs while driving a company vehicle. That is the reason he was fired. And I was the one who asked for him to be terminated due to that reason. Plus if only his girlfriend knew what he was up to. I think he has no room to talk about the topic of "cheating". The "180" program is a chance for "ex-felons" to get a chance to move on with their lives in a positive manner. Chris allowed for this program to work with the company to employ the most suitable candidates for telemarketing positions. Erika was stealing from the company. That is why she was fired. If people want to talk shit about Chris and his company then I think you should be able to back up your comments with actual facts. I may not know all the incidents that have happened between Chris and employees but what I do know is the truth. Chris has pissed me off many times but I won't make up lies or try to slander him.
